I really dig this CMS! It's super easy to use and straightforward, which totally inspires me to get started on my next blog post.

I switched to Ghost back in January, transferring all my posts from a Wordpress site. You start with a free trial, but I never received any heads-up that my content would be wiped if I didn’t upgrade to a paid plan afterward. They pointed fingers at GDPR and privacy issues, claiming they couldn’t keep the content I had willingly uploaded. So, I had to reimport my blog posts from Wordpress, only to discover that I could only edit them in HTML. That’s not what Ghost is supposed to be about—it's meant to be a user-friendly blogging platform! Copying and pasting the text doesn’t work either, as it loses all the formatting. They did offer to import the posts for me, but I’d have to commit to an annual plan and cough up some cash. This whole situation has dragged on for weeks, with countless emails back and forth with various representatives. It’s baffling that they don’t have a straightforward Wordpress import tool.

Honestly, this has been the greatest experience I've had with paid subscriptions and blog articles, no lie.

Ghost serves as an excellent headless CMS for company blogs. It's super user-friendly for writers and content managers, plus it's a breeze for developers to create stunning, high-performing pages.

Ghost is hands down my top choice for blogging. They really hone in on publishing, and that's what makes it so great: you can't go wrong. Your main aim will be to concentrate on the content. I've told everyone who’s interested in starting a blog about it, particularly if you're looking to set up a membership. It's a breeze if you go with managed hosting.
